Mechanical Systems Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Constructability Review Specialist (Mechanical Systems) - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate project scopes, drawings, and construction packages for Deferred Maintenance and Repair (DMR) projects
• Evaluate facility condition assessments and analyze system performance to inform repair and replacement decisions
• Provide expert-level recommendations to ensure proposed repairs and upgrades are technically sound and cost-effective

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with mechanical systems and equipment
• Ability to review designs and scopes for constructability and compliance
• Experience in validating repairs and assessing system conditions
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
