Medallia Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health innovation company, the remote contract Medallia Consultant will design and implement surveys, dashboards, and feedback workflows while developing integrations and ensuring compliance with platform standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement surveys, feedback workflows, and role-based dashboards
• Develop and maintain Medallia integrations using APIs and middleware tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Medallia Experience Cloud development and configuration
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and JSON/XML
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms
