Medi-Cal Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst (Medi-Cal).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements aligned with CMS, D-SNP, and Medi-Cal regulations
• Translate regulatory and operational needs into functional and technical specifications
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, risks, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with D-SNP and/or Medi-Cal programs
• Experience within a health plan, TPA, or healthcare services organization
• Working knowledge of claims processing, enrollment and eligibility, care coordination, and regulatory reporting
• Experience interpreting and applying CMS and state Medicaid requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a business requirements analyst role
