Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Media Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure outstanding customer service, and coordinate project-level needs while leveraging insights to drive solutions for clients in the media sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key existing customers, understanding their needs and uncovering additional opportunities
  • Partner with the Account Director to meet sales targets and identify valuable solutions from the product suite
  • Manage day-to-day account activities and provide clients with updates on project performance and insights
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research, marketing sciences, business intelligence, strategic insights, or analytics
  • Proven sales experience with media ad tech/ad measurement products and services
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to navigate various business functions
  • Aptitude for data interpretation and strong numerical skills
  • Experience in building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
