Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Media Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure outstanding customer service, and coordinate project-level needs while leveraging insights to drive solutions for clients in the media sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key existing customers, understanding their needs and uncovering additional opportunities
- Partner with the Account Director to meet sales targets and identify valuable solutions from the product suite
- Manage day-to-day account activities and provide clients with updates on project performance and insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research, marketing sciences, business intelligence, strategic insights, or analytics
- Proven sales experience with media ad tech/ad measurement products and services
- Hands-on approach with the ability to navigate various business functions
- Aptitude for data interpretation and strong numerical skills
- Experience in building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
