Job Summary
A company is looking for a Media Administrative Coordinator to support the Media team's operations for traditional media.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for traditional media buys across various platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of media buys with internal and external resources
- Receive, verify, document, and approve invoices for media vendor payments
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
- Minimum of two years media-related work experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Suites, DocuSign, and PDF platforms
- Familiarity with business processes and systems knowledge, including Strata Buying Management Software (Freewheel)
