Media Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Client Success team, the full-time Senior Media Analyst will manage client projects, track statuses, and maintain documentation while working remotely from Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of client projects across multiple markets, ensuring clear timelines and accountability
• Track project status proactively, flagging risks and delays to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in preparing client presentations and project deliverables while maintaining clear communication with clients and agencies

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with media channels and project management platforms, such as Asana
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluency in English
• A collaborative and proactive team-first mindset
