Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth experiments to enhance business metrics such as sign-ups and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage A/B tests, tracking performance and analyzing results
• Document insights from experiments and share updates with relevant teams while optimizing customer journeys

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, media buying, or related roles
• Understanding of media buying platforms and growth funnels
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple experiments and communicate results effectively to stakeholders
