Job Summary
To drive measurable growth across new channels, the full-time remote Media Buyer for Growth Marketing will design and execute structured paid marketing tests, optimize campaign performance, and manage creative strategy while utilizing AI tools and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyze structured paid marketing tests on emerging growth channels while optimizing campaign performance
- Support technical operations for existing and new channels, ensuring accurate performance tracking and conversion mapping
- Manage channels against internal goals and KPIs, adjusting spend based on incremental performance insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in paid media buying across multiple platforms
- Ability to operate independently with a strong focus on performance and budget management
- Proven track record in test-and-learn methodologies, demonstrating data-driven decision-making and creativity
- Familiarity with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization is a bonus
- Comfort with tools such as Claude, SQL, Posthog, and BI tools like Superset or Looker
