Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting & retargeting)
• Conduct audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting)
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and collaborate with creative and content teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Experience managing budgets of $5,000+/month preferred
• Fluent in English
