Job Summary
To support the success of digital marketing initiatives, the remote Paid Media Manager will execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta and Taboola, while monitoring performance and implementing optimizations to drive results.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns while monitoring daily performance metrics
- Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones, supporting strategic growth
- Conduct competitor research and performance audits to identify new testing opportunities and facilitate creative testing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of media buying experience focused on performance-driven results across social and native ad campaigns
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain
- Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence
- Passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the finance and money management vertical
