Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Coordinator to support the planning and execution of media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely launches
  • Coordinate media orders and manage creative asset trafficking while communicating with media vendors
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in organizing data and reports for client updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
