Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Media Coordinator to support agency teams in executing high-stakes campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UPC mapping workflows and ensure product-level accuracy for campaigns
- Manage URL generation and QA to ensure tracking and parameters are correct
- Traffick and organize creative assets, ensuring proper naming and version control
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Jira)
- Prior experience organizing and managing digital assets
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests
- Familiarity with retail media, digital campaign execution, or eCommerce is a plus
