Media Designer

Job Summary

To support course development projects, the part-time temporary Media Designer will create and execute motion-based design work, collaborating with various teams to enhance the learner experience through effective visual communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and deliver media for new and reworked courses, ensuring clarity and alignment with learning objectives
• Collaborate with the Media Team and other stakeholders to strengthen relationships and facilitate project direction
• Participate in the ongoing development of standards and processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creating motion graphics, video work, and digital media presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects for motion design
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Basic knowledge of markup, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
