Media Finance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of media financial operations, the full-time Media Finance Manager will lead the media billing process, manage vendor financial relationships, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the media vendor billing lifecycle, including invoice collection, coding, and resolution of discrepancies
• Drive standardization of financial workflows and implement media billing processes across all agencies and lines of business
• Track and reconcile media out-of-pocket expenses while providing regular updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications
• 3-5+ years of experience in media finance, agency finance, or media operations
• Strong understanding of media billing processes and vendor management
• Experience working with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable teams and financial systems
• Exceptional knowledge of the media buying process and strong organizational skills
