Job Summary

Curious and analytical, the remote Media Insights Associate will support communications measurement and insights projects by analyzing media data, contributing to client reports, and developing actionable insights, all while working collaboratively with experienced consultants.

• Support the delivery of communications measurement projects across various industries, assisting with data collection, quality assurance, and report preparation
• Analyze media coverage to identify trends and contribute to client presentations and reports under the guidance of senior consultants
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research and analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance in client deliverables

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, media intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
• Experience working with spreadsheets and presentation software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Interest in media intelligence and communications analytics
