Managing regional relationships with global media agencies, the full-time remote Media Lead will shape and execute locally relevant strategies for North America, focusing on cohesive media planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee all media strategies, including digital, video, social, and direct marketing initiatives
  • Drive global influence and connectivity through US work while maintaining local relevance in Canadian and US markets
  • Lead development of global campaigns, including connections strategy, media planning, performance measurement, and budget management
Required qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or media agencies, preferably in the consumer internet space
  • Proven ability to lead media plan development from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels and brand measurement metrics
  • Experience managing global media programs and evaluating local media partners
  • Strong digital expertise with competencies in social platforms and non-traditional partnerships
