Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of clients, the full-time Media Operations Analyst will manage, optimize, and report on media campaigns while collaborating with team members in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and ongoing management of clients' media efforts
  • Handle client communications, updates, and troubleshoot issues related to media execution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of work and effective day-to-day task completion
Required qualifications
  • Basic proficiency in at least one relevant media platform (e.g., DV360, Google Ads, Meta)
  • Experience working in a relevant media role or environment for 6 months or more
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and initiatives effectively
  • Experience in running effective meetings, including agenda-building and note-taking
