Job Summary
Supporting a portfolio of clients, the full-time Media Operations Analyst will manage, optimize, and report on media campaigns while collaborating with team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and ongoing management of clients' media efforts
- Handle client communications, updates, and troubleshoot issues related to media execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of work and effective day-to-day task completion
Required qualifications
- Basic proficiency in at least one media platform relevant to the role, such as Programmatic DSPs or Social Buying Platforms
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working in a professional setting with team members and clients for at least 6 months in a relevant media role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to run effective meetings, including agenda-building and note-taking
