Job Summary
Leading automation initiatives for media activation teams, the full-time Media Operations Automation Specialist will implement tools and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in campaign management, working in a hybrid environment based in Rochester, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the speed and accuracy of media activation tasks
- Utilizes MS Power Automate or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks and manages projects aimed at optimizing campaign activation
- Collaborates with channel activation teams to gather feedback, provide training on new tools, and ensure successful implementation of automation projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience managing campaigns within the channel ecosystem
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including LookUPs, Pivot Tables, and import functions
- Experience with MS Power Automate or similar automation tools
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
