Job Summary

To support advertising campaigns, the full-time Media Planner will conduct market research and analyze audience data to develop actionable media strategies across various channels, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive media plans for assigned clients, overseeing the process from strategy to execution
  • Conduct audience and competitive research using both traditional and AI tools to create precise consumer personas
  • Translate research insights into media strategies, optimizing the advertising budget across multiple platforms to meet client goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven experience in managing traditional and digital media landscapes with a solid understanding of industry terminology
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret media consumption data and competitive analysis
  • Familiarity with media planning tools such as Guideline, Resonate, and SQAD, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
