Media Prep Lab Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare glassware; maintain organized workspaces and monitor equipment performance
• Prepare media, buffers, and solutions; manage inventory and track expirations
• Follow GMP/GLP standards, complete documentation, and support audits and inspections

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college-level coursework in biology, chemistry, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of laboratory experience in academic, biotech, or regulated environment preferred
• Experience with autoclaves and sterilization techniques
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and contamination control
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
