Media Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Media Production Coordinator for a full-time remote position, who will manage the planning and execution of photo and video productions, coordinating schedules, talent, locations, and logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery
• Build and maintain production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and call sheets
• Communicate project details, deadlines, and updates to internal teams and external partners

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating photo, video, or other media productions
• Hands-on experience with production scheduling, talent and location coordination, and logistics
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously
