Job Summary
Strategically leading media initiatives for a portfolio of DTC brands, the full-time salaried Associate Director, Media Strategy & Client Partnerships will manage client relationships across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels, while leveraging insights from GA4 and Shopify to drive performance and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic partner for eCommerce clients, owning overall media strategy and relationships across multiple channels
- Develop and present media mix recommendations and campaign recaps, translating media metrics into actionable business insights
- Oversee quarterly strategic plans and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on DTC paid media strategy
- Proficiency in GA4 and Shopify, with experience analyzing customer journeys and leveraging data for strategic recommendations
- Strong creative strategy experience, with the ability to evaluate and iterate on creative in collaboration with teams
- Proven track record managing complex client relationships and integrated media strategies
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients
