To support client growth through innovative strategies, the full-time hybrid Media Strategy Associate Manager will collaborate with senior strategists to develop cross-channel media strategies, drive client confidence through strategic recommendations, and turn research into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior strategists to create cross-channel media strategies that align with client business goals
  • Serve as a primary client partner, presenting strategic recommendations and campaign insights
  • Utilize research tools to derive insights and design media plans focused on audience segmentation and campaign optimization
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising or media strategy, particularly in paid social, search, programmatic, and video
  • Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including reach, frequency, and audience targeting
  • Experience in conducting and synthesizing research into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with media tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms
  • Comfort with AI platforms and a track record of leveraging them for insights
