Media Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Writer who will be responsible for writing news releases, pitches, and other press materials to promote various campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write news releases, pitches, and other press materials requested by the Communications Department and other departments
• Write and edit official letters to media
• Write interview facts and statements for media

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of professional writing experience
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the media industry
• Interest in animal rights issues and campaigns
• Ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy
