Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Appeals and Grievances for Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and facilitate the work of team members
- Lead the Appeals efforts, providing oversight, training, and guidance to the team
- Conduct in-depth investigations and documentation of member appeals and grievances in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level Degree or 5+ years of Medicare appeals experience at a health plan
- 5 years of Managed Care experience
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Complaints/Appeals
- Previous experience with member appeals and grievances in Medicaid is preferred
- Supervisory experience is preferred
