Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Appeals and Grievances for Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and facilitate the work of team members
  • Lead the Appeals efforts, providing oversight, training, and guidance to the team
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and documentation of member appeals and grievances in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Level Degree or 5+ years of Medicare appeals experience at a health plan
  • 5 years of Managed Care experience
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare Complaints/Appeals
  • Previous experience with member appeals and grievances in Medicaid is preferred
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
