Medicaid Associate Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Actuary - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, pricing, and risk assessment to estimate financial outcomes
• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned Medicaid health plan's claims projection development
• Create and update actuarial reports while analyzing various data reports to identify trends and gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of actuarial experience
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or equivalent international certification
• Experience in Medicaid rate-setting or forecasting is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States
