Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Integrity Audit Supervisor responsible for overseeing performance audits of Medicaid Managed Care Plans to identify fraud, waste, and abuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct performance audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards
  • Document findings and recommendations for improved contract compliance and process improvement
  • Manage audit team performance and ensure adherence to quality and production standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in performance or compliance audits, preferably in state Medicaid programs
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, statistics, and data analysis techniques preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
