Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Integrity Audit Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance audits of Medicaid Managed Care Plans to identify fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Design and implement audit strategies and document findings with recommendations for compliance improvement
  • Manage audit team workload and ensure adherence to quality and production standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Priority consideration for candidates with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification
  • Minimum of two years of experience in performance or compliance audits, preferably with state Medicaid programs
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, statistics, and data analysis techniques
  • Leadership and organizational skills
