Medicaid Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor Business Analyst - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable results
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and oversee the planning and design of complex business processes

Required Qualifications

• Nine or more years of healthcare experience as a business analyst or requirements translator
• Three or more years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features and relational database software
• Experience in business processes and re-engineering
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and coach less experienced team members
