Key Responsibilities

• Provide information on eligibility, claim status, and provider enrollment status

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test
• High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace are necessary
