Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Case Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the Enhanced Case Management (ECM) program and team
• Monitor department performance, conduct case audits, and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage a limited caseload of high-complexity members and collaborate with internal departments to resolve client challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 5 years of Case Management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and eligibility processes
• Experience managing diverse teams and monitoring multiple deadlines
• Proven ability to build training programs and provide structured feedback
