Job Summary

To enhance operational performance, the full-time remote Medicaid Case Management Supervisor will lead a team, formulate strategies for improvement, and ensure compliance with policies while managing resources effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to meet operational goals and service expectations
• Formulate and execute strategies that enhance departmental performance and operational effectiveness
• Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with operational policies and identify opportunities for cost reduction

Required qualifications

• Paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members in a professional environment
• Experience with legal documents and Medicaid processes required
• Ability to monitor team performance and support operational reporting needs
