Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time remote Medicaid Compliance Consultant IV will advise regional staff on Medicaid requirements, develop compliance procedures, monitor performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and provide training on compliance issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports and conduct compliance investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts and assist with the management of cross-functional projects
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on compliance standards and practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations
- Project management experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments or business lines
