Job Summary

Providing essential customer service for Medicaid Long Term Care, the full-time Customer Care Associate will manage calls from requestors and recipients, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and issues are resolved in a timely manner, with a hybrid work arrangement following initial onsite training.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls for Medicaid Long Term Personal Care, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication
  • Document and address identified problems promptly, routing calls to appropriate units as necessary
  • Multi-task effectively through various systems while adhering to departmental timelines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least one year of experience working with older adults or persons with disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and healthcare for elderly and disabled populations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
