Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Medicaid Eligibility Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and interview patients for insurance eligibility in an outbound dialer environment
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation
• Meet goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in a dialer call center environment preferred
• 1-3 years of previous healthcare eligibility experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with typing speed of at least 40 WPM
