Medicaid Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Enrollment Process Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile member enrollment records and eligibility information
• Enroll new or reinstated members into the system and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and maintain internal customer relations regarding enrollment issues

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of Medicaid or Commercial enrollment processing experience
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with keyboard skills of at least 35 WPM
