Medicaid Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Enrollment Process Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile member enrollment records and eligibility information
• Enroll new or reinstated members into the system as requested
• Maintain internal customer relations by addressing enrollment issues and ensuring accurate records

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of Medicaid and/or Commercial enrollment processing experience
• Experience with FACETS preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
