Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Consultant (Workstream Lead) specializing in Medicaid Finance & Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare consulting projects and multidisciplinary teams to meet client objectives
• Oversee analytical workflows and collaborate with technical analysts, subject matter experts, and clients
• Develop client reports and presentations, translating technical analyses into actionable deliverables

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Medicaid finance, rate setting, or state government healthcare consulting, or 5 years with a relevant Graduate Degree
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with expertise in Medicaid finance and reimbursement
• Advanced proficiency in analyzing large healthcare datasets and using analytics platforms
• Previous experience in a professional services or consulting firm is preferred
• Ability to translate technical financial concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders
