Medicaid Finance Director
Job Summary
Providing financial leadership for the Oklahoma Complete Health plan, the full-time remote Medicaid Finance Director will manage month-end and year-end close processes, oversee financial reporting, and support strategic planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor business processes and systems to ensure data integrity
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Review and present strategic plans, operating budgets, and forecasts to management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Previous management experience, including hiring and training responsibilities
- Experience in healthcare finance and cost trend analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power BI
