Job Summary

To enhance the quality of Medicaid RFx responses, the full-time remote Medicaid Knowledge Management Manager will manage the content lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize knowledge libraries for AI-assisted proposal development.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead content lifecycle management by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and enhance content across Knowledge Libraries
  • Work with proposal writers during live RFX responses to utilize existing Medicaid Content Library (MCL) content effectively
  • Monitor and improve content performance, applying best practices and optimizing for AI ingestion to enhance content delivery strategy
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content development, and technical writing within Medicaid and managed care
  • Proven experience managing a knowledge-driven SharePoint environment, including document libraries and permissions
  • Strong familiarity with generative and agentic AI systems for automating research and content creation
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation and presentation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
