Medicaid Market Access Lead

Job Summary

To support Medicaid access initiatives, the full-time remote Market Access Channel Strategy Lead, Medicaid will manage relationships with Medicaid FFS and Managed Care Payers, drive in-network contracting strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert on government policies affecting access to genetic testing.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve positive medical coverage policy decisions by engaging with Medicaid Payer stakeholders
• Implement Market Access strategies to address unmet needs and ensure product access for targeted populations
• Drive the expansion of in-network contracts with Medicaid Managed Care and Exchange Payer accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of direct experience in U.S. Payer account management (medical benefit) required
• Demonstrated success in influencing Medicaid coverage policy decisions
• Experience with molecular diagnostics or genetics is a plus
• Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally across various teams
