Job Summary

To support the development and execution of member communications related to expansion plan requirements, the remote, part-time Medicaid Marketing Communications Specialist will create and implement member-focused marketing campaigns that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance member engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Medicaid member marketing campaigns aligned with regulatory initiatives
  • Create and manage integrated omni-channel communication strategies across various member engagement platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all communications meet compliance requirements while maintaining a member-centric approach
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience in developing and executing member engagement or communication campaigns in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for member communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Adobe Workfront
