Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead operational and technical service delivery for a Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across various service functions including call center and provider relations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with State Medicaid stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication
  • Coordinate with technical teams on system support and performance metrics to implement improvements
Required Qualifications
