Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead operational and technical service delivery for a Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across various service functions including call center and provider relations
- Serve as the primary liaison with State Medicaid stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication
- Coordinate with technical teams on system support and performance metrics to implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience leading operational teams in Medicaid, PBM, or healthcare environments
- Strong customer-facing operations leadership experience
- Experience with healthcare systems and data exchanges
