A company is looking for a Patient Advocate (Long Term Care Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients for eligibility in medical assistance programs
• Complete applications and maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems
• Collaborate with hospital staff and assist applicants throughout the enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Some college coursework preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience with state and federal programs
• Adaptability to changing processes and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
