Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicaid Portfolio Manager to oversee and coordinate a complex portfolio of Medicaid programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive portfolio and program management support to senior officials, including project updates and administrative tasks
- Oversee project management initiatives and vendor monitoring, ensuring compliance and performance across all projects
- Mentor and train emerging project managers in accordance with best practices
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, public administration, business administration, or a related field
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare program management, preferably in Medicaid or government healthcare programs
- Experience with healthcare transformation initiatives and managed care contracting
- Knowledge of federal waiver programs and Medicaid information systems
- PMP certification preferred
