Medicaid Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Medicaid product line, the full-time Senior Product Manager-Medicaid will drive product direction, manage federal reporting, analytics, and AI workflows while collaborating with engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Medicaid product, including federal reporting, analytics, and platform capabilities
• Conduct discovery and gather requirements directly with state Medicaid agencies
• Stay updated on Medicaid policy changes and translate their implications into product strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on Medicaid operations or managed care
• Strong understanding of federal reporting frameworks and Medicaid analytics
• Familiarity with MMIS/MES landscape and Medicaid data
• Experience with AI or agentic capabilities in regulated environments
• Ability to work across state Medicaid agency relationships in the U.S
