Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Delivery Program Manager - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale IT migration and systems integration for Medicaid and Medicare
• Act as the primary program lead, coordinating across stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance
• Manage integrated program plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, particularly in large IT migrations or integrations
• Healthcare industry experience required, with a focus on Medicaid, Medicare, or payer-side platforms
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs with executive-level visibility
• Highly organized and proactive with a solutions-oriented approach
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
