Medicaid Program Manager

Job Summary

To support program management initiatives, the full-time Medicaid Program Manager will ensure well-documented policies and workflows, manage the program budget, and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold governance standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures documentation of policies, workflows, and program controls for the Medicaid program
• Manages program budgets and supports project prioritization efforts
• Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to maintain governance standards

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
