A company is looking for an AVP, Medicaid Proposal Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Proposal Strategy engagements and establish alignment with business development
• Develop relationships and translate state needs into actionable Proposal Strategies
• Create key deliverables and support competitive analysis to optimize proposal success

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of Medicaid managed care experience or in an equivalent related field
• Ability to influence and form partnerships with various stakeholders
• Experience with Medicaid Proposals and/or business development
• Demonstrated technical operational, sales, and capture management experience
